This is what emerges from the research of the Digital B2b observatory of the Milan Polytechnic presented during the conference 'Digital B2B: In the land of half'. The main priority for businesses of all sizes dimensions in the digitalization of internal B2B processes is the electronic document management, on which investments are however remain limited: 50% of companies dedicate less than 1% of their turnover to these projects. Artificial intelligence is strategic for 63% of companies, but only 13% exploit it already in internal and external document processes. Attention of Europe to digitalisation and the creation of a "Digital Single Market offers a precious opportunity", he says Paola Olivares, director of the digital B2b observatory.
