Asd Terranuova Traiana, Alessandro Zhupa is a new player for Terranuova Traiana.

Arezzo, July 10, 2025 – ASD Terranuova Traiana officially announces that it has finalized the agreement for the permanent acquisition, for the 2025-2026 season, of the performance rights of the footballer Alessandro Zhupa, acquiring him from SS Arezzo.

Born in 2005, a winger or second striker, he arrived on loan to the Biancorossi at the beginning of last January and has made 13 league appearances (10 of which were starts), scoring two goals (the goal that temporarily equalized 1-1 in the 2-1 away win at Grosseto and the goal that secured the 1-0 victory in the away derby against Sangiovannese on the final day), as well as providing the assist that gave the club a temporary lead in the 1-1 draw against Livorno. He also made 12 appearances for Aquila Montevarchi until December.

Previously owned by SS Arezzo, he played for Figline in the 2023-24 season, where he appeared 31 times (21 starts), scoring 6 goals and 3 assists. He made his first-team debut for Arezzo in the 2022-23 season in a 0-0 draw against Ghiviborgo on October 16, 2022: one of the five youngest players in Group E to appear. With Cavallino, he participated in the Viareggio Cup (the prestigious Carnival Cup), where he further distinguished himself with 6 appearances and 3 goals. Previously, he played in the National Under-17 Championship with Pisa and made 4 further appearances for Viareggio.

In total, in 4 seasons in Serie D, Zhupa has made 59 appearances, scoring 8 goals and 5 assists for a total of 3,203 minutes played, as well as 5 appearances in the Coppa Italia Serie D and one playout match, the one that allowed Terranuova to secure safety in the 1-0 victory at the Matteini against Figline on May 11th.
