Codogno (Lodi) – "With the investment in the Fratelli Molinari football stadium, Codogno will aim for promotion to Serie D within three years, with a promotion to the next division already conceivable at the end of the next season." This is reiterated in the financial sustainability plan attached to the redevelopment project for the Via Rosolino Ferrari stadium, construction of which has recently begun. Synthetic turf replacing the grass on the main pitch and expanded dressing rooms are the main works planned for the stadium following the City Council's approval of the project's public interest in early June.

The client is the company that manages the facility, AC Codogno, a club competing in the Eccellenza league. The initial investment to complete the project will be over €880,000, spread over two years, with resources to be allocated by the owner, Pellini. The renovation, in accordance with the stated objectives, will generate increased revenue from increased ticket sales, a potential increase in sponsorships, and revenue from the refreshment stand.

The main project will involve replacing the grass with synthetic material , which will drain the majority of the resources (approximately €550,000) and is expected to last four months. Furthermore, the current locker room building will be modernized by removing the Eternit roofing, redoing the electrical and plumbing systems, and expanding the locker rooms from three to four by dismantling the existing warehouse and infirmary. The existing utility room will also be demolished to create a large laundry room. Paving and external ramps will be installed.
