FieraCavalli, now in its 127th edition, tells the equestrian world from all angles and is aimed at everyone.
Veronafiere hosts the 127th edition of Fieracavalli , the leading international event for those who embrace equestrianism not just as a discipline, but as a culture, experience, and lifestyle. The event brings together enthusiasts and athletes and also addresses tourism, wellness, and social issues.
In the event, which boasts an ancient tradition, equestrian disciplines are intertwined with the themes of care and sustainability , highlighting the socioeconomic value of a sector capable of regenerating territories and communities, promoting a more authentic way of living and in contact with nature.
The bond between Italians and the event is profound : one in two knows about FieraCavalli and 7% — equal to 2.5 million people — have participated at least once in their lives (Nomisma data for FieraCavalli, “The world of horses: key numbers and the point of view of Italians”, 2024).
The numbers of this editionThe 2025 edition will feature 2,200 horses from 60 breeds, in an exhibition space comprising 12 pavilions and 6 outdoor areas , 35 breeding associations , and 700 exhibiting companies from 25 countries . This year's new features include a new exhibition layout and a new app for an even more accessible and engaging experience.
Over 200 events are scheduled, including competitions, exhibitions and shows , meetings , conferences, entertainment and educational activities for families.
Sports entertainment remains one of the pillars of Fieracavalli with a packed schedule of competitions: from the only Italian stage of the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ , the flagship event of the global indoor circuit, to the 127x127 Fieracavalli Grand Prix and the final of the Italian Champions Tour, from the competitions in the Fise Arena to the stars and stripes races in the Western & Outdoor Pavilion.
The inaugural ceremony on November 6th saw the participation of, among others, Lorenzo Fontana , President of the Chamber of Deputies, Matteo Salvini , Vice President of the Council, Francesco Lollobrigida , Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests, Federico Bricolo , President of Veronafiere.
In pavilions 2 and 10, with Masaf and AIA-Italian Breeders Association, you can discover the Italian Saddle Horse and other Italian breeds , celebrating the quality and richness of Italian equine biodiversity; Pavilion 3 hosts one of the oldest breeds in the world, the Arabian Thoroughbred ; Pavilion 9 features examples of the Purebred Spanish Horse; while horses from the American world are hosted in Pavilion 10 (morphology) and 12 Western & Outdoor (competitions). The world tour of breeds continues in Area A , with the imposing Shires , the graceful Friesians , and the versatility of the Quarabs .
What's new- 1st International Horse Racing Show (Pavilion 2, Masaf) to experience the excitement of a day at the races, including the jockey weigh-in, doping tests, and the horse parade. Races are scheduled like at a racetrack, thanks to a 200-meter track located between Pavilions 2 and 4, hosting two daily competitions.
- Dressage at FieraCavalli, in collaboration with the well-known luxury men's lifestyle fashion house Stefano Ricci . A special clinic focusing on the training method for dressage horses is scheduled, led by international champion Edward Gal (Hall 7, Saturday 8, from 10:00 to 12:00). An unmissable event, in view of the debut at FieraCavalli 2026 will feature the Stefano Ricci Top 10 Dressage Award . At FieraCavalli, Stefano Ricci will also present his first collection dedicated to equestrianism , Equestrian Line (Hall 8, Saturday 8, 2:00 PM).
- Horse Future Hub – Arts and Crafts : the pilot project promoted by Veronafiere in collaboration with Orienta Verona, which dedicates two days (November 6 and 7) to the world of schools and training, to allow young people to imagine new career paths in the equestrian world – focusing on farriery, grooming, saddlery, hippotherapy, and equestrian tourism – thanks to orientation sessions, meetings with companies, and experiential workshops.
- FieraCavalli Lab - created by FieraCavalli in collaboration with Academy Partner Croceri Farm, GBK Scuderia and Scuderia 1918 - is the space dedicated to the advanced training of horsemen and riders and to animal welfare with talks, meet & greets, and appointments with athletes and illustrious personalities from the equestrian world (Pavilion 7).
- The historic Carabinieri Carousel returns to FieraCavalli after 15 years.
Health-related issues are at the heart of the event, which has always been at the forefront of promoting a conscious approach to horse riding.
After 15 years, Pat Parelli , legend of natural horsemanship and creator of the Parelli Natural Horsemanship Program , a training method based on respect, trust and non-verbal communication between rider and horse, returns to Fieracavalli with shows and demonstrations.
At the Horse Friendly Arena , led by horse whisperer Umberto Scotti, natural horse training activities. Then there is the new Healthcare & Leisure area which It tells adults and children about the connection between man and horse as a source of physical and mental well-being. The program includes workshops and activities that combine play, learning, and social inclusion. While "Evaluation and enhancement of the cognitive abilities of show jumping riders" is The research project conducted by the Department of Neuroscience, Biomedicine and Movement of the University of Verona in collaboration with FieraCavalli and Fise - supported by Veronafiere - which involves Young Riders and Under 25 athletes to explore the role of high-level cognitive functions in the sporting success of this discipline, with the aim of improving the athletes' performance.
FieraCavalli confirms its commitment to social issues with Several inclusion and solidarity initiatives centered on the relationship between humans and horses, such as FieraCavalli USA HorseMan Academy: an international project exploring the human-horse relationship from a scientific, therapeutic, and cultural perspective. The project offers professional training in the US and Italy for the use of horses in wellness and psychological support activities.

The new Route of the Walls and Towers of the Equivia dei Forti is a The 16 km route—created by FieraCavalli in collaboration with the Municipality of Verona, the Ministry of Tourism, and Veronafiere as part of the Smart Verona: UNESCO World Heritage City project and designed by ASD Horse Valley—completes the existing Equivia dei Forti circuit, allowing you to discover the historical and scenic beauty of the city on horseback.
