FINAL EARNED! Dream supplement for Real Forio

Final earned, Real Forio dreams: Carlo Sanchez's team overcomes Gladiator in a comeback and continues its journey in the playoffs. Acosta's penalty responds to Mansour's temporary advantage from the spot, then Castagna breaks loose, scoring a brace and dragging the biancoverdi to the final 3-1. There are no changes to the lineup for the Turks, who have to do without Velotti due to suspension and Sogliuzzo due to injury.

In front of Mazzella are Cabrera and Di Costanzo, with Aniceto and Pistola manning the lanes. In midfield there is space for Arrulo and Arcamone, with Di Lorenzo confirmed in the coach's choices and Iaccarino finding continuity as a starter. Up front, Acosta and Serrano lead the department, with Castagna who, having returned from injury, initially starts from the bench. The islanders immediately try to take control of the match, but the first shot towards the goal arrives in the 5th minute and bears the signature of the Gladiator: Bacio Terracino kicks and the ball arrives without too many worries towards Mazzella, who blocks.
Acosta responds in the 11th minute, from a tight angle: a precise right-footed shot ends up on the near post, but Russo neutralizes in two stages. Five minutes later, Serrano tries on the developments of a corner, but fails to hit the ball properly, despite a defender holding him back. Real Forio stays on the attack and becomes dangerous in the 20th minute, with Acosta trying to fool Russo with a cross-shot, but the ball is too central. In the half-hour, Sanchez's men fail to take advantage of a good restart with Arcamone; on the counterattack, the opponents' action fades with an imprecise conclusion.
In the 32nd minute, Gladiator scares Calise: Mansour receives and sends high from inside the area. The first half does not offer any other excitement, the match remains balanced and the two teams return to the locker rooms with the score stuck at 0-0. At half-time there are no substitutions and Sanchez confirms the same eleven on the pitch. The second half opens with a penalty awarded to the guests for an alleged arm touch by Aniceto. Despite the protests on the pitch and in the stands, the referee decides to award the penalty: Mansour steps up to the spot, displacing Mazzella and breaking the deadlock.
The match heats up, tension grows on the pitch and the referee, Mr. Giorgino from Milan, has to interrupt the game several times. Mister Sanchez reinforces the attack with the entry of Castagna for Arcamone. In the 57th minute, a penalty is awarded to Forio: Acosta controls the ball and, at the moment of his shot, Serrano is brought down in the area. The referee awards the maximum punishment to the Turks. Acosta goes to the spot and, with coolness, beats Russo, re-establishing parity. The Gladiator's reaction comes in the 63rd minute with a dead ball by Gatto from the edge, but the black and green rearguard blocks it. Two minutes later, Bacio Terracino controls the left lane, moves to the center and unleashes a right-footed shot towards the goal, but the ball goes just wide. Sanchez also sends Tomasin onto the field, and in the 67th minute Serrano wastes a potential opportunity with a left-footed shot.
Real Forio almost doubles the lead with Castagna, served by Serrano who starts a counterattack, but Russo blocks with an excellent save. The Turks lose Aniceto due to physical problems, and Ballirano comes in to replace him. In the 75th minute, Calise protests for a suspicious touch in the Gladiator area, but the game continues. In the opposite half of the field, Arario tries a shot, but Mazzella is in the trajectory and saves. Sanchez changes the three-quarter line with the entry of Cittadini for Di Lorenzo, and in the 80th minute Castagna goes central, kicking with force: Russo intercepts with a shiver.
In the 83rd minute, the goal that turns the result around arrives: Tomasin runs down the field and crosses it to Castagna, who strikes Russo with a spectacular diagonal. The last move from the bench is the entry of Pelliccia in place of Serrano. In the final minutes, Real Forio is left with ten men due to Iaccarino's expulsion, but the Gladiator, launched into attack, fails to find the equaliser. Castagna, on the counterattack, punishes the opposing defence: the number 7 skips past two opponents with extreme ease, flies for fifty metres and makes no mistake in front of Russo. A hat-trick for the green and whites and celebration at the Calise. Real Forio rewrites another page of history and snatches qualification for the final of the group.
