Football on TV: Club World Cup, ratings

The television was turned on in the night for Ah Ahly-Inter Miami, the opening match of the Club World Cup: 196,000 football fans tuned in between Saturday and Sunday on Italia Uno starting at 2:00 to watch the curious match between the Egyptian team and the American club where Leo Messi plays, a match narrated live by Massimo Callegari and Simone Tiribocchi. The match ended 0-0.
Yesterday evening, however, 1.625 million viewers watched Paris Saint Germain triumph over Atletico Madrid on Italia Uno in prime time under the Los Angeles sun.
Good debut, then, on Mediaset for the tournament scheduled until mid-July in the United States: the network broadcasts one match a day and is advertising the event a lot by enriching it with the daily “Mondiale per Club show” on air at 2.05 pm with the images of all the matches on the program. Tonight at 9 pm there is Chelsea-Los Angeles Fc.
Unfortunately, Dazn does not communicate its audience figures, so it is not known how many people watched the ridiculous Bayern Munich-Auckland match that ended 10-0 yesterday and Botafogo-Seattle played tonight. The English-owned platform broadcasts the tournament not only to subscribers but to the entire public.
