Giallorossi in South Tyrol: training begins today in Bressanone.

Starting today, Lecce will begin their training in Bressanone, with two training sessions almost always scheduled daily. The Giallorossi squad traveled yesterday from Salento to the charming town in the province of Bolzano, Trentino-Alto Adige, where they will train until August 4th, the day they're scheduled to return home. The group is staying at the Hotel Dominik and then moves to the Naz-Sciaves sports center to complete the daily training sessions planned by trainer Eusebio Di Francesco and his team.
The technical staff includes thirty players: goalkeepers Wladimiro Falcone (born in 1995), Christian Fruchtl (2000), Jasper Samooja (2003) and Plamen Penev (2008), central defenders Federico Baschirotto (1996), Kialonda Gaspar (1997), Christian Pehlivanov (2006) and Tiago Gabriel (2004), full-backs Vernon Addo (2005), Antonino Gallo (2000), Owen Kouassi (2003), Marlon Ubani (2005) and Danilo Veiga (2002), midfielders Medon Berisha (2003), Lassana Coulibaly (1996), Olaf Gorter (2005), Thorir Helgason (2000), Mohamed Kaba (2001), Niko Kovac (2005), Balthazar Pierret (2000), Hamza Rafia (1999) and Ylber Ramadani (1996), the wingers Lameck Banda (2001), Tete Morente (1996), Kona N'Dri (2000) and Santiago Pierotti (2001), the central attackers Rares Burnete (2004), Francesco Camarda (2008), Pasquale Esposito (2008), Nikola Krstovic (2000).
Chilean central scorer Matías Pérez (2005), the latest signing made by technical director Pantaleo Corvino and sporting director Stefano Trinchera, will join his teammates in the next few days, as soon as he has resolved some bureaucratic issues back home.
During the training camp, the Salento team will play three friendly matches. Lecce-Natz is scheduled for July 23rd at 7:00 PM. Lecce-Spezia is scheduled for August 27th at 6:00 PM. Lecce-Carrarese will be played on August 3rd. A fourth match may be scheduled between the second and third matches.
