One hundred young sailors in the waters of Formia: it is the Optimist zonal championship

A zonal stage with national numbers: in the waters of Formia, one hundred very young sailors, aged between 6 and 14, will compete. Up for grabs is the fourth zone Lazio championship for Optimists, the smallest boat that participates in the competitions of the Italian Sailing Federation. But the race organized by the Vela Viva sailing club is also a preparation race for the first zonal selection for qualification to the Italian championship of the category.
