Running, the Misericordia di Calenzano trophy is back

Calenzano, 22 June 2025 – One of the most anticipated events of the summer running season returns on Monday 23 June: the Trofeo Misericordia Calenzano, now in its 18th edition.

The event includes a competitive race of 8.8 km and a shorter version dedicated to walkers. The event is organized by the Misericordia di Calenzano, with the logistical support of Atletica Calenzano, which as per tradition will take care of the preparation of the route and refreshments. The setting is the enchanting one of the Travalle Park, with the suggestive crossing of the Marinella stream on the ancient bridge. Tradition tells us that whoever crosses it first will be the winner of the race.
