Serie B Playout, Sampdoria-Salernitana postponed to Sunday 22 June at 20.30

The Lega Calcio has accepted the request to postpone the return leg of the Serie B playout between Sampdoria and Salernitana, put forward by the Campania club, following the food poisoning epidemic that struck the Salernitana team during the return leg from Genoa, after the first leg of the playout played on Sunday 15 June and ending 2-0 for Sampdoria.
The return match, originally scheduled for Friday 20 June, will be postponed to Sunday 22 June at 8.30pm.
The Blucerchiati club is reorganizing to prepare for the match. A retreat was planned in Trigoria, Roma's headquarters, but was then suspended due to uncertainty about the date of the match.
