Synchronized swimming: Futura wins the regional championship

Prato, July 13, 2025 - The Futura "Esordienti A" team has been crowned regional synchronized swimming champions. This is the verdict from the final round of the regional championship for their category, held a few hours ago in Prato. The event crowned the young athletes of Simona Ricotta, Bianca Vivirito, and Andrea Bonci, both individually and as a team. Emma Negro was crowned regional champion, followed by her teammates Giulia Stefanacci, Emma Papati, Margherita Zini, Ginevra Cocciardi, Arianna Paoli, Clara Signori, Gloria Falcone, Vanessa Nistri, Ludovica Gorgeri, Victoria Zoe Innocenti, and Ginevra Marzocchini. Given this result, the Prato synchronized swimmers have finally secured their overall qualification for the Italian summer championships, which will be held in Riccione starting July 24. "This is an important test for us. Our athletes are working hard and are part of a truly motivated and united group," said Futura President Roberto Di Carlo. "We are proud of the results achieved so far. The title of regional champions is the perfect incentive to give these girls even more energy."
