Moby: WiFi and robot assistants are coming on ferries to Sardinia

In view of the summer season, Moby announces, in a note, free wifi on ships, starting on four ferries to and from Sardinia Moby Fantasy, Moby Legacy, Moby Aki and Moby Wonder. "A new service that will allow passengers to stay connected to the network even in the middle of the sea", says the company that announces a further innovation on board, the presence of robots.

"Fantasy and Legacy have an entire deck dedicated to catering that also becomes 'technological': in addition to the electronic cash registers, which streamline passenger flows, there are now also small robots that collaborate with the staff, not replacing them but assisting them".

The "Amico" robot was born from the synergy between Zucchetti Centro Sistemi, an Italian company at the forefront of applied technology with skills ranging from software to robotics, from industrial automation to renewable energy, and Keeron, a Chinese company leader in the development of service robots.

The first examples of Zcs Amico officially enter service on board the flagships Moby Fantasy and Moby Legacy.
