Balvanera will lead the darkness in Mexico

The Argentine duo Balvanera , a symbol of Latin American darkwave and EBM , will be arriving in Mexico City for the first time this Saturday, August 2, 2025, as part of their highly anticipated national tour.
The experience is surrounded by a halo of mystery from the start, as it will be a secret location in the Roma neighborhood, which will be transformed into a sound temple by the Dance or Die collective , organizer of the event.

Dance or Die has built a network of alternative parties around dark electronic music, where the dance floor is a space for personal and collective liberation.
The CDMX lineup features live acts such as Argentinian band Balvanera, along with national projects such as El Ojo y la Navaja with their minimal wave, accompanied by Darkplastik and Matrixx. There will also be DJ sets from Dr. Bizarro, Lush, and Yerax .
Balvanera, composed of Agustina and Lucas , has resonated on stages in Berlin, Bogotá, and São Paulo. This Mexican tour marks a new chapter for the duo, with confirmed dates in Tijuana (August 3, Blackbox), Guadalajara (August 8, Anestesia Bar), Guanajuato (August 9, Foro El Callejón), and Playa del Carmen (August 16, Industry).
