Club América complains about the lack of penalties in the first leg of the final

In a press conference following the first leg of the Mexican soccer final, Club América officials spoke out Thursday to denounce what they consider a "blatant refereeing injustice" given that they were not awarded a single penalty throughout the entire match.
Contrary to common practice, the refereeing team did not call any fouls outside the penalty area (or within two meters of it), causing annoyance among the Azulcrema players, who had at least two penalties to give Toluca an advantage.
"We are deeply concerned that referees are now taking to playing neutral," the team's coach declared after showing on screen a play where the Toluca goalkeeper glared at Henry Martin, in what should have been called a penalty.
Likewise, Águilas fans demonstrated outside the Refereeing Commission's facilities to demand that the referees compensate for the second leg and send off a player from the Red Devils in the opening minutes of the match.
"Well, we didn't award two penalties to the choriceros," the referee of the first leg tried to justify, thinking that would calm the anger of the Azulcremas.
"Well, it's a loss, right? I mean, if they're not going to award penalties, then at least a couple of free kicks against nine players," explained the leader of the "La Monumental" fan club.
The Mexican Football Federation has responded that it will review the images "in slow motion, super slow motion, and with the keen eye of a fan," although it warned that the new VAR protocol only activates penalties when there are at least two shouts of "oops!" from the stands, starting with the next match.
To continue the laughs: a couple was watching fireworks at home and one ended up flying through their balcony.Important: Remember that El Deforma is a site for entertainment, humor, and satire.
