With the opposition's vote against it and amid congratulations and "mañanitas" (good morning greetings) to President Claudia Sheinbaum, Morena and its allies in the Chamber of Deputies finalized the transfer of the National Guard to the Sedena (National Security Forces) and gave it the authority to carry out covert operations and simulated user activities.
