Dinosaurs take over Laguna's cinemas; Jurassic World: Rebirth is coming.

Fans of dinosaurs and the sagas spawned by Jurassic Park have a date at Laguna's movie theaters now.
Since yesterday, July 2, the film, Jurassic World: Rebirth, arrived at the theaters.
Although it hasn't been entirely well received by critics, with opinions divided, it will be moviegoers and fans who will have the final say.
Scarlett Johansson is the film's strong suit. When she came to promote it in Mexico City, people were grateful for her down-to-earth attitude and the kindness she gave to everyone who approached her for a selfie or autograph.
Johansson comes from being part of the Avengers universe, whose four installments are among the top 16 highest-grossing films of all time. Even Avengers Endgame, in which her character dies, holds the silver medal, behind only Avatar.
From participating in art-house films with Lost in Translation, through the romantic comedy What's Wrong with Men, to the dramedy Vicky Cristina Barcelona, the New Yorker became one of the most watched and sought-after action actresses in the world for almost a decade.
And here she'll have to apply everything she learned as "Black Widow/Natasha Romanoff," because in Jurassic World: Rebirth she'll play a covert operations specialist, who will lead a secret mission with the goal of obtaining genetic material from three powerful dinosaurs.
The film directed by Gareth Edwards (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) is set five years after Jurassic World: Dominion.
The dinosaurs have not fared well, as the climate has been a major problem for them, so they begin to take refuge in only certain areas of the world that replicate their ancient environments.
And that's where three powerful members seem to have what it takes in their genetics for a great scientific breakthrough that will help humanity.
The cast also includes Mexican Manuel García-Rulfo (A Grumpy Neighbor), Jonathan Bailey (Bridgerton), Mahershala Ali (Green Book) and Mahershala Ali (Homeland).
During her visit to Mexico City at the end of May, Scarlett shared details about the film, which promises to do well at the international box office this coming weekend.
"The characters are in danger at all times, and people are going to be terrified. We spent four months in all kinds of circumstances. If we were on the beach, you'd say it looked Jurassic, or in the jungle, the same, and suddenly the music would start playing in your head," Scarlett recalled.
He acknowledged that he had the opportunity to meet Steven Spielberg, the original creator of the film franchise, and tried to be cool.
"I told him he planted that spark in me," she said.
García Rulfo didn't escape the shouts of "Mexico, Mexico!" from the red carpet attendees when he was introduced, to which he responded with applause.
"Being with actors I've admired throughout my career, it's really cool, it's really cool," he said.
"There are new dinosaurs," he briefly said.
