Despite the exposure of Governor Samuel García 's fraudulent scheme to coerce state employees into voting on June 1 for ministers, magistrates, and judges aligned with Morena and MC, which included handing out accordions with the numbers of the candidates he wanted to favor, the operations were expanded to include the health system.
