Funny: Pizzeria in San Luis Potosí closed for mocking the city's potholes

Sensitive City Hall.- A famous pizzeria was closed in San Luis Potosí after mocking the city's potholes, creating a strange and very Mexican situation.
It's the Domino's Pizza chain, which placed an advertisement showing (or rather, mocking) the state of the streets, something that apparently didn't please the authorities.
It was cheaper for the Governor of San Luis Potosí to close Domino's Pizza than to fix the potholes.

“ In this city, two things are certain: potholes… and a Domino's on your table,” read the sign that quickly went viral on social media, eventually reaching the (hypersensitive) local government.
The pizzeria touched the government's heartstrings with the potholesThe phrase not only caused an increase in pizza sales, but also upset the City Council, which immediately sent the Municipal Commerce Department (Regulations, that is) to close the business located in the Villa Magna neighborhood, allegedly for "lack of a license."
Photos of the establishment being closed quickly went even more viral than the announcement itself, leading many to question whether it was really because of the paperwork... or because it had exposed the lunar crater they call pavement.
🛣️Instead of filling potholes, Galindo covered mouths: Domino's closes for mockery

The head of the department explained that "the measures are part of a commercial regularization program that has been underway for months and has closed between 30 and 40 businesses due to similar situations." And well, if they had that timing to synchronize the traffic lights, San Luis would be the most fluid city in the world.
The scandal surrounding this matter has been so great that even the official himself (who will surely soon be shilling for another position) came out to publish a video, apparently to reject the coincidence between the virality of the announcement and the closure of the business.
