Manolo Jiménez recognized Coahuila's workforce, which he said is the best trained in the country and plays a fundamental role in the state's growth and development.
The event also paid tribute to union leaders Mario Enrique Morales and Pepe Reyes Blanco , recognizing their careers and contributions to the labor movement in the state.
Representatives from the CTM, CROC, and CROM agreed that the labor environment in Coahuila favors job creation and increased worker benefits. They also expressed their support for current labor policies and emphasized the challenges posed by Mexico's new labor model, which demands greater dialogue between employers, workers, and authorities.
Tereso Medina Ramírez , general secretary of the CTM in Coahuila, mentioned that the new labor model challenges unions, employers, and the government to work together to put workers and their families at the center of the table.
Secretary of Labor Nazira Zogbi Castro emphasized that tripartite dialogue between productive sectors is a key principle for guaranteeing labor rights and improving the quality of life of the working population.
The event was also attended by representatives of the state's legislative and judicial branches, as well as business and union leaders from various organizations.
