Robert Downey Jr. follows Quico's example and claims he invented Iron Man.

Futuristic Neighborhood.- Inspired by Quico, actor Robert Downey Jr. has begun to claim that he is the true creator of the superhero Iron Man. Yes, just as Carlos Villagrán says he invented Quico, now Downey says he invented Tony Stark... and that Marvel only provided the helmet.
Taking advantage of the fact that airs of grandeur are in fashion and that it's always a good time to rewrite history, the Hollywood actor has reportedly launched a legal battle to retain the rights to the character, arguing that "since he played it for so many years, it already belongs to him."

“ I didn’t play Iron Man. I am Iron Man. The character was just a cartoon character with a helmet until I gave him soul, sarcasm, and a problem with his vices,” Downey declared… apparently seriously.
According to unconfirmed but very well-spelled sources, Downey is considering registering the character under the name "RobertMan" so that every time someone wears a metallic suit at a convention or a meme is shared featuring someone emerging from an explosion, he will receive a royalty.

The legal attempt has reportedly already angered Stan Lee's heirs, who have made it clear that they will not allow Robert to "go too far" with the legacy of the creator of the Marvel Universe.
“ My father is the owner of the character, even though Downey always appears in Iron Man memes,” said one of the Lees out there.
Hugh Jackman is also expected to raise his hand in the coming days to claim he invented Wolverine's claws, which could seriously complicate the staging of Shakespeare's plays.
