The day Zaragoza will reach 60 kilometers per hour: the north wind returns

These warnings will be in effect on both Friday, July 25th and Saturday, July 26th, with expected rainfall of up to 20 liters per square meter and hail measuring two centimeters in diameter. For those who are already off vacation or still have to wait a few more weeks in the Aragonese capital, Aemet forecasts stable weather, with no significant meteorological phenomena, although with strong gusts of wind.

The weekend will begin with cloudy skies in Zaragoza. Minimum temperatures will drop slightly and maximum temperatures will rise. In the Ebro Valley, the wind will be moderate and will blow from the northwest. The forecast is similar for Saturday, July 26th and Sunday, July 27th, so no significant weather events are expected in the Aragonese capital.

According to Aemet forecasts, temperatures will be generally stable this weekend in Aragon, with highs in Zaragoza and Huesca around 30 degrees, and 27 degrees in Teruel. Lows will be around 16 degrees in the Aragonese capital, 14 degrees in Huesca, and 10 degrees in Teruel. Therefore, the province of Teruel will see the lowest temperatures this weekend.

Wind gusts of up to 60 kilometers per hour in Zaragoza

For Friday, July 25, the Aemet (National Meteorological Agency) forecasts wind gusts of around 35 kilometers per hour throughout the day, leading to a strong northerly wind. On Saturday, July 26, the gusts will be similar, meaning the northerly wind will not let up. In fact, on the contrary, on Sunday, July 27, wind gusts are expected that could reach 60 kilometers per hour between noon and 6:00 PM, easing slightly between 6:00 PM and midnight, dropping to 45 kilometers per hour.
