This Wednesday will mark one year until the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where Guadalajara will host four matches—all in the Group Stage—, Mexico City five, and Monterrey four. FIFA forecasts that the three Mexican venues will generate revenue of 60 billion pesos, primarily from lodging, spectator consumption, and stadium rentals.
