YPF revolutionizes its commercial operations with cutting-edge technology
YPF inaugurated the new Real-Time Intelligence Center (RTIC) for Marketing on the 11th floor of the Tower in Puerto Madero . It is the first of its kind in Latin America, enabling real-time and comprehensive monitoring of the entire marketing chain.
The center monitors more than 1,600 service stations and more than 1,000 Full stores . In addition, more than 2,000 trucks are tracked live, 33 cameras analyze traffic flow , and more than one million daily transactions are processed instantly. All of this is managed from a 32-screen video wall that centralizes commercial operations in a single control room .
"I'm confident we're going to revolutionize the way fuel is sold in the country. We're going to move toward a flexible model, where customers have more options to continue choosing YPF , with personalized offerings and new purchasing experiences," said Horacio Marín , President and CEO of YPF .

The RTIC marketing center represents a technological milestone aimed at consolidating the company's market leadership and improving its customer experience . With this room, YPF can optimize prices and services and offer greater transparency at every point of contact.

The company launched five self-service pilots at YPF stations located on Pringles Street, Dorrego Avenue, and Alcorta Avenue in Buenos Aires , Ovidio Lagos Street in Rosario , and Mariano Boedo Street in Chacras de Coria, Mendoza . Customers who use this charging method between midnight and 6 a.m. will be able to access a 5% discount if they pay using the YPF app .
Over the next few months, coverage with this charging method will be extended to the rest of the country's provinces .
This is a first step toward offering customers new options . The goal is to better understand their needs and, with the technological opportunities generated by the RTIC lounge, provide them with the best services that maximize their experience .
