Diego Maradona trial: Video leaked of people secretly filming for a documentary

Images have emerged showing four people acting suspiciously, all of whom are believed to be working for a British network. The judge has become the center of controversy, and an investigation is underway.
In the middle of the trial investigating the death of Diego Maradona A video was released showing four people filming inside the San Isidro Oral Courtroom. It is suspected they may be working on a documentary about the trial, which the BBC is planning to produce.
According to attorney Rodolfo Baqué, who is defending one of the accused, the two men and two women involved are believed to have worked for the British channel. There have also been reports linking them to a national production company, while Judge Verónica Makintach has also been involved in the controversy .
In the images , one of the suspects can be seen taking out a camera to record the first hearing of the debate taking place in the Third Criminal Court of San Isidro, while the seven defendants appeared before judges Maximiliano Savarino, Verónica Di Tomasso, and Julieta Makintach, accused of promoting the audiovisual project.
A police officer notices the situation and informs the journalist that filming the trial is prohibited , so he puts away the device, while one of his colleagues gets up and changes seats in order to find a better location or angle to continue filming.
The man—with blond hair—takes a pair of sunglasses out of his pocket and puts them on, while prosecutor Patricio Ferrari begins his presentation.

The four suspects receive an introduction from someone at the door of the room, which is whispered into the ear of the journalist (warned by the officer at first) by one of the women and prepares to resume filming.

Investigation: The judge would have authorized the entryBaqué, Fernando Burlando (legal advisor to Dalma and Gianinna Maradona) and Mario Baudry (legal representative of Verónica Ojeda and Dieguito Fernando Maradona) requested that "the possible commission of acts that could constitute public action crimes, linked to the alleged existence of management, coordination or negotiations with audiovisual production companies related to the ongoing oral trial, without the knowledge or consent of the intervening parties, which could imply a direct impact on essential principles of the criminal process."
Judge Verónica Makintach became embroiled in controversy after allegedly authorizing the entry of two people outside the process to make the alleged documentary for the production company Pegsa, directed by her brother Juan and former rugby player Agustín Pichot.
Suspicions arose when the judge led the debate last Thursday, while holding another position on the court the previous days. "It hurts me greatly," the judge said of the rumors, adding, "I think it's absurd. I felt offended because my impartiality is being questioned."
