ANSES non-contributory pensions in May 2025: how to check your payment and claim

ANSES non-contributory pensions in May 2025: how to check your payment and claim

In May 2025, ANSES will pay non-contributory pensions, but some beneficiaries will have to file claims if they meet certain requirements.

In May 2025, the National Social Security Administration ( ANSES) will begin making payments of Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) , but not all beneficiaries will receive the corresponding amount of $277,537 .

Those who do not meet the requirements established by ANSES , such as being abroad for more than 90 consecutive days or having been discharged due to irregularities, will not receive their pension. If your situation is not up to date, it is crucial that you file a claim to obtain payment of your non-contributory pension.

In May, the 3.7% increase for ANSES beneficiaries will arrive. Non-contributory pensions (PNC) for disability and old age will be $277,537.22 ($207,537.22 with the $70,000 bonus). If you haven't received your non-contributory pension payment, follow these steps to file a claim:

  1. Gather the necessary documentation: Check if your payment is more than 60 days late, in which case it may already be registered as unpaid in the ANSES system. If the delay is less than two months, you will need to complete and print the "Reclamation of Unpaid Salaries" form (PS 6.5).

  2. Submit the form to your bank: After completing the form, take it to your bank or financial institution. The form must be signed by a responsible person (manager, accountant, or department head, among others).

  3. Access ANSES virtual support: You can file a claim online through the ANSES platform. To do so, log in with your CUIL number and your Social Security Code. Within the system, select the option "Claim a suspended benefit or an unpaid monthly payment." Make sure you follow the steps correctly and confirm the process.

  4. File your claim in person: If you prefer to file your claim at an ANSES office, don't forget to schedule an appointment through their platform. Bring all the necessary documentation and remember that it's important to keep it up to date to avoid delays.

In May 2025, ANSES will begin paying non-contributory pensions (PNC) to those who meet the requirements established by the agency. However, those who have been outside the country for more than 90 consecutive days or those who have been discharged due to irregularities in their situation will not receive payment.

ANSES emphasized that it is essential that beneficiaries stay up-to-date with updated information and comply with current regulations in order to access the benefit.

To avoid any inconvenience, ANSES suggests that beneficiaries verify that their status is correctly registered and that there are no issues with the documentation . If you did not receive your payment in May, you can follow the steps to file a claim, as pensions may be subject to suspension if the requirements are not met.
