The banking system is facing "unprecedented" challenges due to the evolution of technology and digitalization, which, in addition to reconfiguring the financial sector, are generating new operational, regulatory, and supervisory challenges, warned Victoria Rodríguez Ceja , governor of the Bank of Mexico ( Banxico ).
