Coopnazonaf closes 2024 with 11% growth in total assets

The Savings , Credit and Multiple Services Cooperative of the Free Trade Zone Workers ( Coopnazonaf ) announced this Sunday that its total assets grew by 11% during 2024 compared to 2023, going from RD$2,527 million to RD$2,804 million, which represents an absolute increase of RD$277 million.
Through a press release, the cooperative explained that these results were presented during the 12th Ordinary General Assembly of Delegates, where Rafael Piantini , President of the Board of Directors, expressed that the main objective of the entity continues to be to improve the quality of life of its members and their families, through the services and benefits offered by the cooperative.
- "Beyond the financial results we've proudly achieved, what truly motivates us are the stories we know and share, those in which we've been a fundamental part of the change and progress in the lives of our partners," Piantini said.
Coopnazonaf closed 2024 with a strong financial performance, reaching a savings portfolio exceeding 2 billion pesos. Likewise, the loan portfolio showed significant growth, totaling RD$2.517 billion, compared to the RD$2.294 billion recorded in 2023.
José Rodríguez , general manager of Coopnazonaf , emphasized that these successes are the result of the ongoing support of members and the dedication of the team.
"Thanks to the support of our partners and the commitment of our team, we have achieved sustained growth in our financial indicators. Our loan portfolio increased by 10% compared to 2023, while savings grew by 11%, reflecting the strength of our institution and the trust placed in our services," Rodríguez stated.
During the 12th Ordinary General Assembly of Delegates, which was dedicated to Strengthening Controls at Coopnazonaf : "A Commitment to Efficiency, Security and Regulatory Compliance," Rafael Piantini , outgoing Chairman of the Board of Directors, and six Coopnazonaf employees were recognized for their dedication, responsibility, and commitment.
