Éxxita BE Circular, SA is an Andalusian company that proposes adopting a circular and sustainable management model for electrical and electronic devices, where by applying advanced technology together with an artificial intelligence platform, transferred to data, it is possible to extend the useful life of the devices , with precise diagnosis and repairs, facilitating the recovery of parts and components, optimizing the management of waste from electrical and electronic devices, enhancing its impact through strategic alliances with companies, R&D&I entities and regulators, as well as raising industrial sustainability standards.
The company states that its fundamental objective is to export its business model to Extremadura , beginning a new phase with a presence in both Extremadura provinces.

The Training Plan lasts one year and consists of 10 programs, five in Cáceres and five in Badajoz, with the aim of training a total of 151 people. Extremadura Regional Government spokesperson Victoria Bazaga emphasized that the company is committed to hiring 15% of the students.
