Hydrocarbon and electricity regulator formalized

This Wednesday , the Energy Secretariat's Committee on Assignments, Contracts, and Permits formally launched its work. It will be responsible for regulating standards, permits, concessions, and public policy for the electricity and hydrocarbon sectors.
