Refidomsa appoints Miriam Germán Brito to its board of directors.

The Dominican Petroleum Refinery ( Refidomsa ) held the first working session of its Board of Directors this Monday with the incorporation of three new members , appointed at the recommendation of the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader.
The new members are former Attorney General Miriam Germán Brito , Wilson Radhamés Rodríguez , and Juan Pablo Rafael Portorreal Ángeles , who join current councilor Miguel Ángel de Jesús Vásquez Escoto.
The session was chaired by Samuel Pereyra , Chairman of the Board of Directors , along with the Minister of Finance and Economy , Magín J. Díaz, representing the shares held by the Dominican State in the company.
In welcoming them , Pereyra emphasized that the addition of these professionals strengthens the company's governance and contributes to ensuring the country's energy security through management focused on transparency, efficiency, and national development.
With these additions, Refidomsa seeks to consolidate its institutional leadership and strengthen strategic decision-making within its Board of Directors .
