If the current proposal for a Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law Decree is maintained, even with the new adjustments made and presented to the Senate this week, it could " cannibalize" the Virtual Mobile Operator (MVNO) market, warned the Telecommunications Law Institute (IDET).
