The Court, a group of criminals

It may sound harsh, but the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation will be composed of nine criminals. A criminal is someone who "breaks the law and is responsible for a criminal act." According to the INE, the nine ministers who won the election to the Judiciary violated the law and were sanctioned with a fine; therefore, they are criminals.
Poor country and poor citizens! The nation's supreme court of justice will be in the hands of nine criminals. But not only the Supreme Court of Justice, the Judicial Disciplinary Tribunal, the judicial administration body, and all those magistrates and judges who were illegally promoted through accordions or exceeded their campaign limits are criminals.
The entire process of approving the judicial reform was scrutinized from the beginning and manipulated by Claudia Sheinbaum's government. First, the formation of a qualified majority through a biased interpretation of the law by the INE and the TEPJF (Ministry of Justice and the Electoral Tribunal) to benefit Morena, as well as through threats to senators from other parties to force them to switch to Morena. Second, a rigged election, rejected by the majority of the population, with only 10% of valid votes cast. In addition to the rejection by the majority of the population and contrary to the law, Morena and the government participated directly through accordions to promote the candidacies of people identified with and committed to them. Third, the worst is yet to come: on September 1, the ministers, magistrates, and judges who emerged victorious will take office, the vast majority thanks to Morena's support. It will be a judiciary subordinate to the government and the party, which will put the political interests of those who call themselves the 4th Transformation above the law.
How shameful it is for Mexicans to have a judiciary in the hands of a majority of criminals. What a lack of ethics from those who were convicted of committing a crime and are about to assume their positions. And, above all, how shameful that the President of the Republic is complicit in this fraud.
President Claudia Sheinbaum is right. The behavior of the electoral advisors has been contradictory, not because they fined the ministers, as she claims, but because they validated a fraudulent election that was manipulated by the government and the Morena party.
Claudia Sheinbaum's six-year term, whatever she does, has already been marked by the end of the autonomy of the judiciary and the call for the most fraudulent election in recent years in our country.
The president is lying when she says the country is taking a step toward democracy with the election of the judiciary. A Partido Judiciario (PJ) controlled by her and Morena cannot be democratic. The essence of democracy is the separation of powers, and in Mexico that separation no longer exists. It's almost certain the Electoral Tribunal will overturn the fines, but the crime has already been recorded; the justices of the Court are criminals.
