If the U.S. terminates the 1996 Mexican Tomato Suspension Agreement, the applicable countervailing duty would be 17.09%, not the 20.91% announced by the U.S. Department of Commerce on April 14, according to the Mexican Protected Horticulture Association (AMHPAC).
