The origin of an innovative ideaThe creation of Cilantro Cool originated as an academic project spearheaded by students at the University of the Valley of Mexico, Veracruz Campus. From this starting point, students Neferthary and Valeria, originally from that same region, set out to reinvent a tradition, giving it a contemporary twist.
The synergy of knowledge allowed the group to apply modern preservation and infusion techniques. With this, they achieved create a drink with fresh notes, citrus nuances and high nutritional value. Additionally, lemon and orange peels were added to the process, repurposing ingredients that would normally be discarded, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability.
