Milei in Rome: Before Pope Francis' funeral, the President attacked journalists who said he arrived late to Italy.

Javier Milei arrived in Rome this Friday to attend Pope Francis' funeral on Saturday, along with other heads of state. However, he didn't arrive in time to bid him farewell , unlike Frenchman Emmanuel Macron and Brazilian Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Angered by these comments, the President took his phone from the Italian capital and vented his anger at journalists.
"REFLECTION," he anticipated in a message he published on X at 4:32 p.m., two hours and 27 minutes after landing in Rome.
"In light of the many comments I see from a LARGE section of the press, which focus on 25th-order issues, it becomes increasingly clear to me that this is due to a very severe IQ deficit, since they lack the capacity to understand (they're stupid) what's important," he added. And he signed off in his signature style: "CIAO!"
The cryptic tweet was the first in a series of anti-journalism messages he tweeted and retweeted on his X account.
REFLECT in light of many comments I see from a LARGE part of the press, in which they focus on 25th order issues, it becomes clearer to me every day that it is due to a very severe IQ deficit since they do not have the capacity to understand (they are stupid) what is important.

At 7:32 p.m., he returned to the fray. This time with a specific audience: panelist and former Kirchnerist candidate Diego Brancatelli .
" JOURNALISTIC IMBECILITY . That's 90% of journalism ... Watch the video and draw your own conclusions. CIAO!" said Milei, who shared the videos and the tweet posted by a libertarian activist from Tigre.
The message stated: "New chapters, Diego Brancatelli in his tireless attempts to smear Milei ends up making a fool of himself... Chapter 1: 'Scandal, Milei preferred to go see Huerta de Soto'. Chapter 2: 'García Cuerva makes him look like an idiot'."

Six minutes later, he criticized journalist Paulino Rodrigues , quoting a message from a leading libertarian account, "Agrará la Pala." He also renamed the TV host.
In the video he shared, photos of Macron and Lula da Silva were seen next to the open coffin of Pope Francis.
In the studio, Rodrigues wondered if the meeting with Spanish economist Jesús Huerta de Soto late Thursday afternoon had prevented him from arriving on time at St. Peter's Basilica. After a break, a journalist read a message from the government, stating that the scheduled event had been Saturday from the start.
"UNMASKING OPERATOR PAUTINO RODRIGUEZ . Look at the deceitful way he's trying to smear people. He's worse than the worst of the kukas since he speaks like a kuka but on LN+. CIAO!" the President concluded.

In response to Agarrá la Pala's comment, which triggered the presidential irony, Rodrigues responded: "That's precisely why we told it on air…"
According to the count on the page "How many tweets did our President like today?" , Milei spent 2 hours and 25 minutes on Twitter by 9 p.m. In total, she retweeted 177 times. The only three original posts were those dedicated to journalism.
There were also retweets against journalists. He replicated a message from another fake libertarian account. "No problem, now FOPEA will surely come out to repudiate those who dishonored the seriousness and prestige of Argentine journalism by disrespecting the President and all television viewers," Potus Amarillo stated.
Milei's retweet against journalism and FOPEA, from Rome.
FOPEA, like ADEPA, condemned Milei's constant attacks on journalists in mid-month, after the head of state disqualified Jorge Fernández Díaz, Carlos Pagni, and Alfredo Leuco.
The messages he replied to, meanwhile, were divided between Manuel Adorni 's election campaign and his affection for Huerta de Soto.
He reposted numerous tweets in support of his spokesperson, the number one candidate for the Buenos Aires Legislature of La Libertad Avanza. "Freedom or Kirchnerism," reads one of the flyers, which contrasts a hug between Milei and Adorni with a hug and kiss between Massa and Leandro Santoro, the Kirchnerist candidate in the city.
"If you don't vote for Adorni in May, you're supporting Kirchnerism. That's how it is," said El Trumpista, one of the most reputable trolls in the libertarian Twittersphere.
These messages were in line with the campaign that had already begun rolling out, with posters, in downtown Buenos Aires. But the most notable launch on Friday was one launched by the La Libertad Avanza CABA account: a close-up spot featuring the President supporting Adorni and seeking prosecutors, which the president retweeted.
It's now or never. Let's defeat Kirchnerism at the polls and change history. #FiscalizaPorLaLibertad and defend @JMilei 's model with @madorni .

Regarding Huerta de Soto, he shared another clip of a video from Agarrá la Pala. The economist is seen supporting the President for his "revolution." "PROFESSOR JESÚS HUERTA DE SOTO APPEARED ON LN+ AND GAVE A COMPLETE MASTERCLASS WITH PRAISE FOR PRESIDENT MILEI! A CHANGE OF ERA!" the libertarian news account wrote, all in capital letters.
Milei will have the minimum stay in Rome, just enough time for the crew to complete their scheduled rest hours. And on Sunday at 8:00 a.m., she will be back in Argentina. Hours later, she is scheduled to receive Huerta de Soto at the Casa Rosada, after having given him a 40-minute speech at ESEADE on Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
From Rome, the President also shared messages highlighting economic management, celebrating the decline in country risk, and denying that prices in Argentina are expensive in dollar terms.
