The Safe Tribune program helped identify 217 people who will not be able to travel to the Club World Cup.

The Director General of Community Relations, Hernán Amat, explained that the objective is clear: “To prevent violent offenders from entering stadiums, both in our country and at international events . It is essential that sanctions not only be applied locally but also have international repercussions.”

The official explained that 217 Mendoza fans have been excluded from the Club World Cup for being sanctioned under the Safe Tribune program. " These measures are not isolated; we have been working since last year with systematic registration of people with stadium access restrictions. Most of the sanctions are indefinite and are applied to those who commit acts of violence in matches at all levels, including regional leagues," he emphasized.

Amat also emphasized that Mendoza is at the forefront of coordination with other jurisdictions and countries. " We want to advance cross-referencing data with neighboring countries like Chile , which has its own system, Safe Stadium, to prevent the entry of violent individuals from abroad."

Finally, he supported the Ministry of National Security's decision to extend controls beyond borders , which contributes to progress toward eradicating violence in football and ensures that those who break the law face concrete consequences.
