Real Madrid's number one member dies at 100

Real Madrid mourned this Sunday the death of its number 1 member at the age of 100, Sergio Nieto Díaz Albo, who remained linked to the white club for 93 years .

"Real Madrid CF, its president, and its Board of Directors deeply regret the passing of Sergio Nieto Díaz Albo, Real Madrid's number one member," the club said in a statement.

After offering their condolences to their loved ones, the Real Madrid club highlighted the time Sergio Nieto Díaz Albo remained a member, having been linked to Real Madrid since he was 7 years old.

"Real Madrid wishes to express its condolences and sympathy to his family, loved ones, and all Real Madrid fans. Sergio Nieto Díaz Albo, who was a Real Madrid member for 93 years, since December 1, 1932, has passed away at the age of 100. May he rest in peace," the club said.
