In a report published by El País, it was indicated that baking soda triggers a reaction in the meat, with the idea of preventing the proteins from contracting and the cut from losing liquid.

1- The first step will be to mix the meat that you softened with a little soy sauce, sunflower oil, ground white pepper and cornstarch.
2- You will need to handle the meat properly and let it rest in a container while simultaneously cooking the vegetables.

5 - Heat a wok so that it can brown the meat for about two minutes.
6 - Add a little more oil and sauté the onion with the peppers for a few more minutes.
7 - Add the garlic and ginger to this preparation.
8 - Finally add the meat to this sauce and that's it.
