The two missing children for whom the police have issued an Amber Alert are believed to be in the company of their father, who has "possibly" removed them from parental authority, the police report.
Police have been unable to contact the man or the children. “There are concerns for their well-being.”
It concerns Jeffrey (10) and his sister Emma (8). The two have been missing since Saturday afternoon, May 17, around 3:30 PM, from the area of Beerta (Groningen). They may have left in a gray Toyota Avensis with license plate 77-NLV-4.
