Recently, I saw a cardiologist for the first time. He routinely took a medical history. Do I also use narcotics? I hesitated, but admitted it honestly. "Yes, quite often..." He looked up, somewhat startled, and "advised" me to stop. I'll think about it. But I'm not sure my patients will be so happy about that.
