Training AI with court rulings? Judges warn of the risks

A clear negative advice from the Council of State on the cabinet plans to freeze social rents in the Netherlands. According to the council, elements of the plans are in conflict with property rights. In addition, too little thought has been given to alternatives. The Council acknowledges that a targeted compensation for high energy costs for households with a low income is necessary, because they more often live in poorly insulated homes.
