90 km/h on a scooter. Police chase after teenager.

During a routine patrol, police officers detained a 15-year-old boy who posed a serious threat to himself, his passenger, and other road users by riding an electric scooter. The incident occurred in the evening at the intersection of Piłsudskiego, Zwycięstwa, and Jedności Streets in Koszalin.
Moreover, while checking the scooter, the officers revealed that its maximum speed is… 90 km/h.
A police chase broke out in Koszalin. Officers observed a young man carrying another person on a scooter while riding along a pedestrian crossing.
"He didn't react to the police car's sirens and lights; instead, he accelerated and attempted to escape. During this frantic maneuver, he drove right into the path of a group of pedestrians, who had to leave the sidewalk to escape. Ultimately, the escape ended in failure – the officers in pursuit apprehended the teenager," the police report states.
The driver turned out to be a 15-year-old from Koszalin. He was accompanied by a girl the same age. Neither was wearing helmets. Neither had the required driving license.
The case will now go to the family court, which will decide on further consequences for the minor.

You little brats, speeding around on this Chinese junk, are full of mindless, short-sighted bravado. Bang your heads against walls, break your bullets, knock out your teeth / before someone hits you /. And then your dads and moms will be begging for donations to the collection because your son is disabled. Who's going to give them money?

And if they cause someone to lose their health or life, you'll write why the police didn't do anything about it. You always have to turn a corner to get what's best for you. The Youth Police Department (Jugendamt) has nothing to do with it. Hopefully, someone who thinks they're a master of everything doesn't run you over. Best regards.

No third-party liability insurance (PLN 5,000), no driving license, several hundred fines for not wearing a helmet, hit-and-run, speeding. Oh, this is going to cost you...

The scooter will be confiscated immediately, regardless of who it belongs to, and the teenagers' guardians will be fined 5,000 PLN each for both the driver and the passenger.

These speeders constantly drive on the sidewalks in Szczecin, for example, right next to the police station on Kaszubska Street. They pass police cars and nothing happens. No reaction. No helmets, no passenger, faster than 30 km/h. They must be police scooters because they have blue and red lights. They ride in the crosswalks, pushing people away. Or electric bikes where a camouflaged migrant speeds without pedaling. So it's not a bicycle, but a moped, which shouldn't be on the sidewalk and is also threatening people... it's the police's fault.

So the title shouldn't be "90 km/h on a scooter" - which would suggest a getaway at that speed, but "pursuit of a scooter that can reach 90 km/h." By the way, I wonder how the police checked this parameter - did they have a mobile dynamometer, took the scooter outside the city for testing, or maybe they were guided by the highest number on the speedometer.

Electric scooter licenses – such an unlocked scooter must be registered, have an inspection, and the user must have a driver's license (or a moped card if the power doesn't exceed a certain level – but at 90 km/h, definitely a driver's license). Not to mention that riding a scooter for more than 30 minutes without a helmet is considered attempted suicide, but why on the sidewalk among other people – like yours or my children? If your child/wife becomes disabled, I assume you'll go talk to their parents?

He's a failure and will never amount to anything, he should be locked up for a few years, maybe he'll straighten up a bit, and the chick is just cannon fodder, she's allowed herself to be turned into a sack of potatoes and wrapped up in a clown's arms.

What was she supposed to be authorized to do? Perhaps to speak to the police independently (without her parents)? Besides, this lightheartedness in filing motions to court in such trivial matters also raises objections. Children belong to their parents, not officials, and any objections should be presented to them. Thirsty for Jugendamt (Youth Welfare Office)? A trip to Germany or Norway! That's their tradition, not ours.
