The Podkarpackie Bee and Traditional Products Festival was organized by the Eko-Barć Association from Lubaczów, the Lubaczów County, and the Horyniec-Zdrój Commune. At the accompanying fair, visitors could purchase local delicacies – not only honey, but also cheeses, meats, and handicrafts. Beekeeping equipment was also available, as were attractions for children, such as inflatables and a playground. The event attracted locals and visitors to the spa town. It was also an opportunity to honor local beekeepers. Those who distinguished themselves were officially awarded "Meritorious for Agriculture" medals. The beekeeping community participated together in the Holy Mass at the Spa Church and in the rest of the celebrations, a highlight of which included a lecture by Professor Małgorzata Dżugan on the health benefits of honey. The results of the competition for the best honey in the Lubaczów region generated considerable excitement. The verdict was reached after tasting and voting. Adam Soluch won the competition hands down, followed by Roman Krawczyk, and Janusz Antonik in third place.
The celebration featured official speeches, including those from Robert Serkis, mayor of the Horyniec-Zdrój commune, Józef Ozimek, member of the Lubaczów County Board, and Teresa Pamuła, MP. The latter emphasized the great passion and commitment of beekeepers, who pass this on to successive generations of their families.
As the weather was kind to the organizers, a warm and joyful atmosphere of celebration could be felt in the Spa Park, which was enhanced by the musical performances of the Braciaki band and the Graffiti band that accompanied the event.
