Companies from Wrocław and Lower Silesia are conquering the world of technology

Lower Silesian companies not only create world-class innovations, but are increasingly bold in presenting them at international events. A perfect example of this was the participation of several companies from the region in Viva Technology 2025 – a prestigious technology fair held in Paris. The trip was possible thanks to the project "Going Global 4.0 – Internationalization of Lower Silesian Enterprises", co-financed by EU funds and the budget of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The program opens the doors to the world for Lower Silesian companies and every entrepreneur from Lower Silesia can participate in it.
The "Going Global 4.0" project aims to support Lower Silesian micro, small and medium-sized companies in the development of export and internationalization. Companies participating in the program take part in prestigious international events, trainings and meetings with market experts, which translates into establishing contacts and conquering foreign markets.
Lower Silesian companies at VivaTech 2025 – innovations, talks and potential contractsIn Paris, the following companies presented their products and solutions:
CEMAR Sp. z o. o. – turbojet technology in the service of road constructionMonika Blukacz: "We are at the fair thanks to the Going Global program, at the invitation of the Marshal's Office. We submitted an offer and qualified for the project. We would like to expand our sales to France. We are a developing, young company from Lower Silesia and we have a very good product. We are one of two companies in the world that produce dryers for road surfaces before painting stripes, based on a turbojet engine. If there is moisture or water on the surface, you cannot paint stripes - in Poland, due to the weather, there are very few suitable days for this type of work. Thanks to our devices, you can dry the surface regardless of the conditions. We already have new contacts and interested customers after the fair, so we get to work right after our return. Many companies in Poland use our solutions, we also operate globally, but we are not yet in France. I think that will change after this fair."

Maciej Wentel: "We deal with website positioning and Google business cards. We came here with our GrowAp application, which helps manage large chains of retail outlets. It allows you to update hundreds of stores with one click, e.g. by changing the phone number, opening hours or adding promotions. This is our sixth trip as part of the project. Thanks to it, we are entering foreign markets and gaining new contractors. Here in Paris, we have already had several very good conversations. Our application is intended for large companies - even such as McDonald's. I recommend participating in the fair and the program - it is a real chance for development."
SEMIQA Sp. z o. o. – analog revolution in AIPaweł Sitarz: "We are a young company, a startup that does things that are very rarely seen in Poland. We design and develop analog neural networks that have many advantages over digital ones - first of all, much lower energy consumption. For example: a drone that is supposed to be light and fast, and at the same time equipped with image analysis functions - with our solution it can operate much longer. Thanks to the use of analog networks, energy consumption can be reduced even tenfold. This affects the weight of the device, its range and even the design of the structure. We are looking for clients from the military, defense and industrial sectors - where drones or monitoring systems are used. Our technologies are also used in border surveillance and in industrial plants."
GIANT LAZER Sp. z o. o. – VR in education and medicineAleksandra Wawrzyniak: "We create virtual reality applications - educational, training, medical. We are looking for partners to create and distribute our solutions. We are present at many fairs - today in Paris. We have arranged meetings with potential partners, with whom we are already talking about distributing our application. There was also a client from the USA, who is interested in our application for the medical market. Our product is used to teach anatomy to students, as well as to train employees of industrial plants. Instead of stopping the production line - which generates high costs - you can train an employee in a virtual environment. This is a modern, economical and safe solution."

Daniel Urban: "We make ERP systems for enterprise management and warehousing systems. We help medium and large companies, e.g. trade or production companies, use modern operating systems - such as warehouse management, human resources, accounting, payroll, websites. One of our best systems that brings financial benefits is a system for enterprise management and warehouse management."

Support from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Local GovernmentDuring the event, councilors of the Lower Silesian Regional Assembly – Magdalena Brodowska and Alina Szełemej – were present. They met with representatives of companies and supported the promotion of the region.
Magdalena Brodowska: "I am participating in the Going Global program for the third time and I see that it is an extremely necessary initiative, especially for startups. The companies that came with us specialize in advanced IT technologies and very specialized solutions. There are clients here from all over the world - also from Arab countries, which have huge financial possibilities. We hope that specific contracts will be signed."

Alina Szełemej: "Thanks to funding from the European Union and the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to participate in fairs that they often would not be able to afford on their own. We can see that companies that participated in previous editions of the program have already signed contracts and developed exports. That is why I strongly encourage all Lower Silesian companies to apply for subsequent trips. This is a real chance to develop and promote Lower Silesia."
