Construction of the first municipal nursery has started

The first municipal nursery in Dubiecko will be added to the local primary school building. It will provide care for 29 children up to the age of three. The municipality has announced that the facility will be ready early next year. The project is being implemented using the "design and build" formula. The investment is being supervised by Biuro Obsługi Inwestycyjna w Przemyślu sp. z o.o., selected through a tender, and the contractor for the entire project is Alpaline Invest.

The investment includes not only the expansion of the school building with a nursery segment, but also the reconstruction of the entrance area by removing the external stairs, a ramp for disabled persons, and an external terrace. The new entrance area (the so-called entrance hall) will be shared by both the primary school and the nursery, enabling a functional connection between the barrier-free entrance level and the ground floor of the school via stairs and a vertical lift. The so-called extension, which will house the nursery, will be a single-story building without a basement, with a usable area of 396 square meters.
