Dramatic events in Ustronie Morskie (West Pomeranian Voivodeship). On Saturday evening, April 10, emergency services were called to the beach on Nadbrzeżna Street, where near the pier, random tourists noticed a body floating in the water. Firefighters quickly took action and recovered the man's body. His identity has not yet been established.

In an interview with the media, Pamela Borkowska, press officer of the Kołobrzeg police , revealed that the deceased could have been around 50-60 years old.

They are establishing who the man was whose body was washed up in the Baltic Sea in Ustronie Morskie.

– We don’t know how long the body was in the water, but we suspect it could have been several days – the gs24.pl portal reported.

The body has been secured for further tests, including an autopsy, which will help determine the cause of death. The police are conducting intensive explanatory activities . Rescuers and firefighters also worked at the scene.

This is another tragic event on the Polish coast this season. The services appeal for caution and to pay attention to any unusual situation on beaches and in the Baltic waters.
