On Wednesday, July 2, just after 4 p.m., a serious incident occurred on the premises of a property in the Oborniki Śląskie commune. A 33-year-old resident of our district illegally entered private property, ignoring the owner's calls to leave. His behavior quickly escalated - the man broke a window and then stole two bottles of exclusive alcohol with a total value of almost PLN 5,000.

A patrol from the Police Department in Oborniki Śląskie was immediately sent to the scene. The perpetrator was caught shortly after receiving the report. During the search, officers found marijuana on him.

The detainee was taken to a police detention center, and after collecting the necessary evidence, he was taken to the prosecutor's office. There, he was charged with five counts, including violating the peace of the home, burglary, and possession of narcotics.

The prosecutor applied preventive measures against the suspect. He was placed under police supervision and banned from approaching the injured party. For the acts he committed, he faces a penalty of up to 10 years of imprisonment. Photo: KPP in Trzebnica.
