It won't be easy for Polish companies to discover payroll cards
For now, only 5% of companies in Poland consciously manage salaries in order to build a competitive advantage. The vast majority of the remaining ones are only just getting ready to organize their pay policies to adapt to the requirements of the EU directive on transparency and equal pay, which EU countries should implement by the middle of next year.
As many as 83% of companies in Poland are at the initial stage of collecting information on pay transparency and preparing employees for planned changes in this area – according to a study conducted by the Compensation & Benefits Club at Lazarski University among 218 companies in March.
