Examining the motion of a group of Law and Justice MPs to examine the constitutionality of Article 192 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU insofar as it excludes unanimity in decisions made by the Member States (EU Council) regarding the selection of sources of energy supply for the Republic of Poland, as an element of the Green Deal, the Polish Parliament ruled that this regulation was incompatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.
