MFA: Poland does not need unskilled workers. Employers: This is far from the actual state of affairs
In conversations with "Rz", employers complain that it is increasingly difficult to invite employees to Poland. They add that foreigners wait for visas for months and their companies are short of workers. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the visa system is currently being "tightened up". "'Entrepreneurs', i.e. recruitment agencies that have so far brought in thousands of employees, must change their business plans," it explains. It added that the final decision on issuing a visa is made each time by the Polish consul.
Companies employing foreigners disagree with the opinions that unskilled workers are unnecessary in Poland.
